Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

Pack Your Items

Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all fashion tags are intact, and attach the shipping label to the outside of the box.

Ship and Track

Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund within 5-7 business days.
